1.    2- 2"X6"X16' fir planks, for strongback.
2.    2- 2"X6"X8' fir for strongback.
3.    1- 4"X4"X6' fir, for strongback.
4.    2- 2"X2"X8' fir, for strongback.
5.    3- 4'X8'X5/8" particle board, for molds.
6.    4- 1"X6"X16' cedar boards, for the cedar strips.
7.    1- 1"X4"X16' pine board, for accent strips.
8.    1- 1"X2"X16' redwood board, for accent strips.
9.    1- 1"X6"X16' ash or poplar boards, for gunwales.
10.    1- 1"X6"X8' ash or poplar boards, for seat frames and yoke.

12.    1- Box (1000) 9/16" staples.
13.    11- Yards of 6oz fiberglass cloth, 5-1/2 yds. each outside, inside.
14.    2- Gallons of epoxy resin, plus hardener.
15.    1- Quart ethyl alcohol, for epoxy cleanup.
16.    Several each, foam 3" brushes, squeeges, mixing tubs and sticks, etc.
17.    1- Small can of pine wood filler.
18.    1- Box (100) #8X1-1/4" SS screws.
19.    1- Box of #8X3" drive screws, for strongback and molds.
20.    6- 6"X1/4" carridge bolts, 2- 4"X1/4" carridge bolts w/ nyloc nuts, for seats.
21.    4- #10-24X2" carridge bolts with nyloc nuts, for yoke.
22.    1- Hank medium plastic seat caning (500 ft.), for seats.
23.    1- Roll 2' masking tape.
24.    2- Quarts marine spar varnish, UV protectant, for finish.
25.    1- Quart paint thinner, for varnish cleanup.
26.    2- 1"X6"X60" cedar board, foe paddles.
27.    2- 1"X4"X48" redwood board, for paddles.


Tools

1.    Table saw, for ripping lumber.
2.    Jig saw, for cutting out the molds.
3.    Dozeki saw, for cutting off the ends of the strips.
4.    Router, for cutting the bead and cove in the strips and rounding trim.
5.    Bead and Cove Router bits, for cutting the bead and cove.
6.    Electric or battery hand drill.
7.    Orbital sander.
8.    Electric or hand stapler.
9.    Drill press.
10.   Block Plane.
11.    Hammers (1 claw, 1 plastic or rubber).
12.    Combination square.
13.    Measuring tape, 16'.
14.    Bar clamps (4).
15.    C-clamps, 2" to 4" (12 or more).
16.    Spring clamps (12 or more).
17.    Surfoam sander with curved blades.
18.    Sanding blocks.
19.    Scrapers.
20.    Sandpaper, 40, 60, 80 and 180 Wt.
21.    Screwdrivers, wrenches, chisels, pliers, etc.
22.    Scissors.
23.    Spoke shave.
24.    Meter or yard stick.
